Technical Parameters:
All components are mounted on a framework of stainless steel with suitable AWG to withstand the load of
equipment and all components of equipment. Five precision pressure gauges of accuracy class 0.25 are installed
with ranges of: -1 to 0 bar; 0 to 1.6 bar; 0 to 4 bar; 0 to 10 bar and 0-30 psi; Two precision pressure reducers are
supplied.
Two pressure intakes are installed. All installed manometers are with case of SS along with range of 0 – 1100 milli
meter (mm). A digital multimeter supplied with current range of 21 ampere (A) and voltage range of 1300 Volts
(V). Signal generator with 3.5 to 21 milli ampere (mA). A power supply of 12-24-48 Volts(V) D.C installed for
routine operation. A voltage variator of 0 to 220 Volts (V) also installed. Thermocouple & thermoresistance
simulator installed.
▪ Electro-pneumatic and Pneumatic electric converter with 3.5 to 21 milli ampere (mA) output signal are installed
in the apparatus.
▪ Residual pressure electronic transmitter, level transmitter with capacitive sensor, pressure switch, thermostat,
bourdon gauges, precision thermometers, pneumatic control valve, positioner for pneumatic valves are installed
in the apparatus.
▪ A compressor is supplied for the requirement of compressed air (5.5 newton cubic meter per hour Nm3
/h at 8.5 bar).
▪ Pneumatic & electronic differential pressures transmitter with range of 0 to 520 milli meter (mm) H2O are
installed.
▪ Pneumatic & electronic pressure transmitter with measuring range of 0 to 6.5 bar are installed.
Unit is supplied with handbook for experiments.
