The MR009P Temperature Controller is a high-performance fluid control device designed based on modern industrial control concepts. It integrates advanced automation control technology, a precision sensor detection system, and reliable actuators, enabling precise fluid temperature regulation and management through highly intelligent control algorithms. As a specialized equipment developed for teaching and scientific research, it adopts a modular design concept, with each functional unit carefully customized and optimized to ensure the stability and reliability of system operation. In terms of hardware configuration, the product utilizes industrial-grade control components and high-quality materials, including core components such as Siemens programmable controllers, high-precision sensors, and corrosion-resistant actuators. It adopts a standard industrial chassis design, with a compact and reasonable overall structure and a simple and elegant appearance. The front panel of the device is organized according to functional partitions. The left side is the status indicator area, equipped with a high-brightness LED power indicator light, and adopts an eye-catching red light design to ensure clear operation status at a glance. The center area is the signal interface area, equipped with industry-standard analog input and output terminals. All cable ports are gold-plated to ensure the reliability and stability of signal transmission. The right side is the actuator operation area, which integrates a stainless steel pneumatic control valve and a corresponding valve positioner. The valve body surface has been specially treated and boasts good corrosion resistance.

3. Stainless steel pneumatic valve + high-precision sensor, corrosion-resistant and durable.
4. The external touch screen displays parameters such as temperature, pressure, and valve opening in real time, and supports historical data recording. 5. Leakage protection circuit breaker automatically cuts off power in the event of an overload or short circuit.
6. Gas source low-pressure protection (closes the valve when the pressure is <0.2 bar) to prevent misoperation.
