I.Product Overview
1.1 Overview
This system uses transparent hydraulic components, modular aluminum box structure, movable oil circuit joints, and general electrical circuits. Using the tools and materials that come with it and referring to the experimental instructions, it can easily control, experiment, and test various common hydraulic transmissions. It enables students to understand the internal principles, structures, and working processes of oil circuits and hydraulic components, and is an essential instrument for hydraulic transmission teaching.
1.2 Features
(1) The equipment is composed of a high-strength sheet metal frame, which is beautiful and durable. The bottom is equipped with universal wheels for easy movement. It is equipped with a cabinet for storing tools and devices, and the hydraulic station is integrated at the bottom of the equipment. The various hydraulic valve blocks are fixed on a special substrate profile, and the panel grooves are spaced 25mm apart, so that various components can be easily plugged in and out. The upper part is placed on the electric control hanging box, which is compact as a whole.
(2) Each hydraulic component is equipped with an oil circuit transition base plate, which can be easily and freely installed on the panel. The oil circuit overlap adopts an open and closed quick-change joint, which is easy to disassemble and assemble, does not leak oil, reduces losses, and maintains environmental hygiene.
