The system is mainly composed of cylinders, solenoid valves, sensors, motors, programmable controllers, etc. The system is based on the belt conveyor and installs sensors at different positions to detect the conveyed objects on the conveyor belt. According to the signal input of the sensor to the programmable controller, the PLC output signal controls the solenoid valve and cylinder as needed to realize the classification and counting of objects on the conveyor belt. 1.2 Product Features (1)This training workbench is built with aluminum alloy plates to build a desktop training workbench, which is flexible to move. Each actuator module is placed on the plate, which is easy to operate and not easy to damage. (2)The PLC control unit adopts a hanging box structure and is fixed on the aluminum alloy plate, which is safe and reliable. All input and output points of the PLC are connected to the PLC plug-in terminal, which is convenient for students to connect. The solenoid valve controlled by the sensor and the solenoid valve is connected to the terminal on the control unit hanging box panel for detection, and is equipped with an operating process display indicator light.
